just wanted to say that I have started Prelude No 1 by Villa Lobos with tutor Mircea Gogoncea and really like the way he teaches...excellent pace and explanations along the way...I am a bit daunted by the length difficulty and variety of the piece but am just enjoying learning it bar by bar...we'll see how it goes. More tutorials by Mircea please.

Having had a choral background when I was young, I had toyed with idea of learning guitar for some recent years. At the tender age of 59 I went for it and am now studying classical guitar. I have only been learning for the best part of six months and appreciate I have a long way to go, but I always get a buzz when I pick up my guitar. Although I have regular lessons, I still find this site an invaluable source of information, help, and inspiration.
